Cabernet Zaubergold 2004 – is a special wine. It is concentrated, heavy, with a delicate sweetness. It was created from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are originally from Karmei Yosef, and has gone through a similar process to its siblings from the years 2001-2003. The process is based on the production methods of heavy Amarone wines, which brought it to 17.1% of alcohol. It takes 3KG of grapes to create one bottle, 3 times the quantity of a normal quality bottle. The wine is thick, and its colour is dark red. It is also powerful and has emphasized flavors. The wine has been aged in new oak barrels for three and a half years, in which the wine has changed barrels twice (200% wood). The wine came onto the market in March 2010 after further aging in the wine cellar. This series of production include 1168 numbered bottles.
